Responsibilities: - Day to day: - Security Engineering Focus: As an AWS Cloud-Security Engineer, your primary focus is on securing AWS cloud environments by implementing robust security measures across identity management, network security, and encryption. You actively work on configuring and maintaining IAM policies, VPC security, and encryption strategies to ensure the highest level of protection for our clients. - Client Engagement and Security Consulting: You regularly engage with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide expert advice on implementing best practices in AWS Cloud Security. You conduct security assessments, recommend improvements, and work closely with client teams to tailor solutions that address their unique challenges. - Technical Contribution and Automation: Leveraging your expertise in automation and CI/CD, you contribute to the development and implementation of security automation scripts using AWS Lambda, CloudFormation,Terraform and other tools. What we’re looking for: We are looking for a technically skilled AWS Cloud-Security Engineer with a strong background in cloud security and a passion for protecting cloud environments. Your ability to manage multiple security initiatives and projects simultaneously ensures that security is always a priority. This role requires a hands-on approach and active participation in one or more Agile teams, with a strong technical focus on AWS Cloud Security. In addition to your technical expertise, you are comfortable with both proactive and reactive security tasks, such as conducting security audits, responding to incidents, and delivering training sessions to clients and internal teams.
