If you have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform—whether as a Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, or Business Analyst—we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)
- Work on various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, or CMDB.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather, define, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs or integration tools.
- Administer platform health, updates, and performance tuning.
- Lead workshops, training, and demonstrations for clients as needed.
- Provide support for troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance.
