Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

• Work on various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, or CMDB.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather, define, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs or integration tools.
• Administer platform health, updates, and performance tuning.
• Lead workshops, training, and demonstrations for clients as needed.
• Provide support for troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance.
