The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with test frameworks, combined with exceptional interpersonal and coaching abilities. This role involves not only the technical implementation and management of testing frameworks but also guiding and mentoring development teams to effectively adopt and utilize these tools.In your role, you will be instrumental in bringing our automated testing capabilities to a new level. Your technical environment will be modern and innovative, from application frameworks (SpringBoot, Quarkus) to infrastructure (OpenShift, Kafka), including AI-related R&D around many aspects of our technical landscape.YOUR ROLE​Technical Expertise:Select, design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworksCollaborate with other technical teams to integrate testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipelinesContribute to the architecture discussions to bring our solutions to a high level of testabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and framework utilizationCoaching and Mentoring:Provide hands-on coaching to development teams, promoting best practices in test automationConduct training sessions and workshops on the use of test frameworksCreate comprehensive documentation and tutorials to aid in team education and framework adoptionCollaborate closely with the governance team to provide the best possible tools for the testing strategyFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the organizationCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to align on goals and deliverablesWork closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand testing needs and requirementsYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience with test frameworks, like Cucumber, Gatling, Karate, JMeter and LitmusStrong understanding of test automation, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and processesFamiliarity with testing tools like Tosca, qTest or similar solutionsExperience in a similar coaching or mentoring roleExperience in development in Java language (Spring, Quarkus and/or Javascript/Typescript)Knowledge of other testing frameworks and tools is a plusCertification in software testing or related fields is a plusExperience with cloud environments and services is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to coach and mentor teams, driving the adoption of best practices in test automationAbility to work in teams, with a high level of autonomyFluent in English and French (both speaking and Writing)Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocateOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
