About the role
Churchill Living are recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join the IT projects team based in Ringwood. The Analyst is responsible for providing software support across a range of third party hosted applications
The role will also look to provide an inhouse system administrator role. Being the lead for Churchill Estates Management's hosted applications, whilst working with the wider application team who support other systems operating across the Churchill Group.
Your key responsibilities will include: To resolve service desk tickets relating to your range of assigned applications, documenting resolutions and actions undertaken. To maintain and update technical documents and procedures. To support the business with system reports and wider day to day system operations. Prepare maintenance and upgrade schedule proposals for your manager's review and approval. To lead on system upgrades tasks including the management of UAT completions. To assist with any application projects and wider integrations. Work with the trainers to support the onboarding of new application users To support the Applications Support Manager with other hosted applications as and when required.
The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Fridays, and the role is office based in our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire. IT also operates an out of hours support rota.

As a key member of our project teams, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support across a wide range of applications. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
You will bring: Previous system administration support Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies The ability to diagnose and solve application issues
