What you will do
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to design, execute, and evaluate AI experiments.
Adapt and implement cutting‑edge research methods to optimize and scale model performance in production.
Build end‑to‑end pipelines for training, fine‑tuning, distillation, and deployment of customized ML solutions.
The ideal candidate
Possesses strong programming experience in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Has proven experience building robust, scalable ML systems, comfortable with CI/CD and model deployment.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or SLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama) and related frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
