Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Receptionist . The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, prior experience with a/r and a/p. Excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This role involves managing daily office operations, handling data entry, and providing exceptional support to staff and customers. Prior experience in SAGE accounting would be a valuable asset. The Office Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Sage accounting systems
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks (data entry completion for accounts payable and receivable)
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing quotes and invoices.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
