Role Overview

We're looking for a proven, results-driven Content Creator who can produce engaging, scroll-stopping Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, understand current trends deeply, and know how to convert views into followers, traffic, and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, has a track record of creating viral-level content, and understands how to craft narratives that elevate a fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality IG Reels and TikTok videos showcasing apparel products.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and trends for weekly content.
• Film, edit, and deliver polished short-form videos optimized for each platform.
• Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and algorithms to maximize reach.
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics and storytelling.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, product drops, and influencer collabs.
• Monitor content performance and iterate based on analytics.

Requirements

• Proven track record of strong performance on IG or TikTok (show examples).
• Portfolio with videos that demonstrate engagement, virality, or conversions.
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
• Deep understanding of fashion/beauty/lifestyle content trends.
• Ability to film high-quality content with your own equipment (phone or camera).
• Excellent sense of pacing, hooks, and retention.
• Ability to work fast, iterate, and deliver multiple concepts weekly.
• Bonus: photography skills, experience with UGC or brand campaigns.
