Tim Hortons – Supervisor Position

Location: Uplands Drive, Nanaimo, BC

Wage: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

We're looking for a motivated and energetic Supervisor to join our Tim Hortons team If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Lead and support team members during your shift
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Manage shift tasks such as cash handling, product quality checks, and store cleanliness
• Assist with training new team members
• Maintain drive-thru and front counter speed of service
• Help create a positive, welcoming, and team-focused work environment
• Follow food safety, security, and operational standards

• Previous Tim Hortons or fast-food/restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate a team and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to excellent guest service
• Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
