The Role As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be generating new business and developing long-term relationships across corporate and enterprise customers. You’ll build and execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions. This role is client-facing, involving meetings, events, and industry networking. You’ll also support onboarding to ensure new customers have a smooth start. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business and grow existing accounts. * Increase revenue across AV, UC, collaboration, and managed services. * Work closely with operations, engineering, and marketing teams. * Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings. * Lead customer onboarding and support invoicing processes. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. About You * Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within AV, UC, IT, or workplace technology. * Strong relationship-building and leadership skills. * Confident communicator with good presentation skills. * Skilled negotiator who performs well under pressure. * Self-driven, target-focused, and resilient. * Passionate about workplace technology and helping organisations improve how they collaborate.
