YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this exciting position, you support the planning, execution, and monitoring of e-learning projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, as well as developing and maintaining project timelines and critical paths to track progress.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with country-specific teams to adapt training content with local market needs, including compliance requirements, and utilize translation tools to adapt training materials across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- You coordinate global training programs by managing schedules, attendee communication, and logistics, and identify and recommend relevant digital and in-person learning content, including external resources such as industry webinars.
- You maintain accurate records of learners and training progress within the LMS, ensuring seamless training delivery and compliance tracking, and collaborate with People and Culture teams to track and report on mandatory training completion across all regions.
- You will design and develop digital learning experiences based on existing content or briefs provided by the Sales Capability Team, using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and AI-based platforms like Synthesia. You also manage the L&D budget, including tracking spend, overseeing service renewals, and supporting vendor negotiations
- You support the facilitation of learning initiatives, such as training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and evaluate their effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You bring a passion for learning and development, along with strong project management skills and have experience in a fast paced commercial or HR function. Holding a degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration is a bonus but not essential.
- You bring strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a sharp eye for detail. You are also confident in analyzing training data to derive actionable insights that support continuous improvement.
- You have some knowledge or experience of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies, and you have successfully coordinated international training programs or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills, along with excellent listening and communication abilities. You are known for being proactive, solution-oriented, reliable, and accurate.
- You are fluent in English and can manage multiple priorities independently while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- You are a team player and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders but are also self motivated and comfortable working individually as part of a remote international team.
- Your willingness to take ownership and travel internationally rounds out your profile.
