À propos

About Us Turnkey Consulting is an independent risk and security consultancy that brings together people, protection, and performance to help organisations achieve Digital Enterprise Resilience. For more than 20 years, Turnkey has enabled the world’s leading companies to understand and optimise their risk and security landscape through assessment‑based road mapping, organisational empowerment, and expert application of market‑leading technologies. Turnkey is headquartered in London with offices across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.
About You We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Sales Executive to join our UK Sales team. This is a consultative sales role focused on progressing existing opportunities, coordinating proposals, and building long‑term client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality client experience. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a proven sales process but you’ll also have the autonomy to shape your own approach and build your own rhythm.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline from discovery to proposal to contract signature
Coordinate the development of proposals and statements of work, working closely with Pre‑Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle
Identify and engage new prospects through LinkedIn, events, marketing leads, inbound interest, and partner collaboration
Position Turnkey’s services and assessment‑based offerings to both new and existing accounts
Ensure all client‑facing materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with client needs and expectations
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on deal status, risks, and next steps
Attend industry events, roundtables, and client meetings (typically 1–2 events and 1–2 client site visits per quarter)
Stay up to date with new service offerings and proactively introduce them to relevant clients
Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing sales culture, sharing insights, supporting peers, and helping refine our sales approach
What We’re Looking For
A structured, detail‑oriented approach to managing multiple deals and deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to enable you to keep people informed without being asked
A natural relationship builder who listens well, earns trust, and enjoys helping clients solve problems
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to drive results
Confident using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and multi‑channel outreach (email, social, events)
Experience in sales operations, bid/proposal management, account management, or consultative sales
Exposure to risk, cybersecurity, or identity & access management is helpful but not essential
How You’ll Be Supported You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced team that’s invested in your success:
Your Sales Director will take a hands‑on, mentoring approach especially in your first six months by helping you build confidence in our services, understand client buying behaviours, and develop your commercial acumen. You’ll learn how to structure deals, handle objections, and shape compelling commercial packages.
You’ll have access to a strong Pre‑Sales network, including Practice Directors and subject matter experts with 20+ years of experience in their fields. These individuals understand both the technical and commercial sides of our services and will support you in shaping solutions that resonate with clients.
You’ll also work closely with Senior Managers and Architects who bring deep specialisms and proven delivery experience giving you the confidence to engage with clients knowing you have the right expertise behind you.
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 months: You’ll be confident in Turnkey’s services, managing your pipeline, and coordinating proposals with minimal oversight
After 6 months: You’ll be independently managing client relationships and contributing to revenue growth through both new and existing accounts
After 12 months: You’ll be a key member of the sales team, with opportunities to specialise in account management, take on larger accounts, or mentor new team members
