Vacancy ref - EM0370 Industry - Electrical Wholesale Job role - Trade Counter Assistant Location - Chigwell Overview: Looking to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking electrical wholesaler? Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Counter Assistant to support a busy counter operation and deliver outstanding customer service. Package / Benefits: • Negotiable salary (dependent on experience) • Company pension scheme • Bonus scheme (uncapped) • No weekend working • 20 days holiday + BH • Free on-site parking Responsibilities: • Serve customers on the trade counter and answer telephone enquiries • Taking and processing orders • Responding to and chasing quotes • Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships • Prepare new displays for the trade counter with offers or new products • Provide high levels of customers service at all times Skills / Experience: • Electrical Wholesale experience • Strong communicator • Ability to work with a team and individually • Friendly, personable and able to build relationships with a variety of customers All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
