Digital Marketing Specialist
to join their team.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a central role in planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This is a hands-on role where you'll get to work across: Paid social & PPC Email marketing & automation SEO optimisation & content creation Website updates, CRO & analytics Reporting and performance analysis Supporting on ecommerce trading activity (desirable) You'll work closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams to support growth initiatives and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What They're Looking For
A solid digital marketing generalist with experience across multiple channels Ecommerce or D2C experience is a plus, but not essential Confident using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and email automation platforms Strong copywriting, content creation, and analytical skills A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment
What's on Offer
£35,000-£40,000 salary
(depending on experience) Bonus scheme Hybrid working
- typically 2-3 days in their Birmingham office Supportive team, real autonomy, and plenty of room to grow
