We’re seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic and aquatic therapy services at our Kahului locations. Whether you’re an experienced licensed PT or a new graduate ready to launch your career, we offer an environment where you can grow, thrive, and truly make a difference.

* Competitive salary: $82,000–$96,000+ annually

*What You’ll Do:*
* Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
* Provide aquatic therapy, post-op care, chronic pain support, and sports rehab
* Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients/families
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Graduate of an accredited PT program
* Licensed or license-eligible in Hawaii (new grads welcome—license can be pending)
* Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Self-starter with a heart for high-quality, personalized care
*Bonus if You Have:*
* Experience in orthopedic, aquatic, or sports therapy
* Leadership aspirations or experience (opportunity for interim manager role)
