We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent two of the most prestigious automotive brands while leading a dynamic sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve ambitious growth targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and motivate the Pre-Owned Sales Teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage the full pre-owned vehicle operation-including appraisal, pricing, inventory management and reconditioning.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and stock turnover (Service Drive, 3rd party advertising avenues, portfolio penetration, trade appraisals and but not limited to auction purchases)
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, policies and reporting requirements
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff in closing deals while delivering a premium ownership experience
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to drive certified pre-owned promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities for the Sales Department
- Maintain high standards of customer service, offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot and adequately explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably with a luxury or premium brand
- Must have a valid OMVIC license
- Knowledge of vAuto, One-Eighty, CDK, OpenLane and TMS
- Must have a valid driver's license with clean abstract
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Solid understanding of used vehicle valuation and inventory control
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Goal oriented and extremely organized
- Enthusiastic with high energy and friendly persona, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing

Pay: $93,000.00-$143,000.00 per year
