MS Dynamics CRM Consultant (On-Premise 9.1) – Banking Sector

Job Description:

We are currently supporting a global banking client in their search for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to work on their On-Premise 9.1 system, focusing on the Sales and Service modules. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term contract, supporting critical projects and collaborating across multiple teams including infrastructure, business, and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve support tickets (P0–P3) related to Dynamics CRM
• Collaborate with infrastructure, business, and functional teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions
• Configure and customise Dynamics CRM On-Premise 9.1
• Participate in enhancements and optimisation of the existing CRM setup
• Support integration efforts and reporting tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM , specifically version 9.1 (On-Premise)
• Strong knowledge of the Sales and/or Service modules
• Experience with ticket management and issue resolution
• Technical proficiency in C# and JavaScript
• Familiarity with SSIS / SSRS (a plus)
• Experience working in or with the banking or financial sector (preferred)
• French language skills are appreciated , but not mandatory

Working Conditions:

• Preferred: 1–2 days onsite at the Paris office
• Start date: Early May
