*About Us*
At Minnetonka Pediatric Therapy Center, we are a compassionate, family-centered pediatric outpatient therapy center dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. Our multidisciplinary team provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
*Position Overview*
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full time or part-time, temporary basis to provide maternity leave coverage. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, patient, and experienced in working with children of varying ages and developmental needs.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
* Provide evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and communication disorders.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapists to support carryover of therapy goals.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and insurance standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
* Previous pediatric experience required.
* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
*Schedule & Compensation*
* *Full time to Part-time: Monday-Friday*
* *Duration:* End of February 9, 2026–July 6, 2026, with potential for extension or permanent hire]
* Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
