YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US We are currently looking for Embedded Software Developers for our avionics systems team in Southern Germany You will develop real time embedded software by using an agile methodology and by applying international standards for airborne software (i.e. DO-178). You will write scalable, reusable and testable code according to the best software development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and supporting of low-level software and for the full embedded software development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, and debugging). You will work on a wide range of technical issues, involving different architectures, OS and real-time constraints. YOU CONVINCE US WITH: You should successfully completed a bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or equivalent At least 3 years of professional experience in software development/integration/verification according to Airbus DO-178B/C or comparable with other major aerospace companies Excellent knowledge of C/C++ ; Knowledge of Ada, Python & Java and familiarity with Matlab and Simulink is advantageous. Experience with Avionics software tools such as, DOORS, Clearcase, ClearQuest, SCADE, RT Tester, LDRA, VectorCast Desirable experience with version control, configuration and productivity tools as GIT, Jira, Confluence, SVN, PVCS Knowledge or experience with DO254 will be considered a plus. Experience with requirement-based software testing, module testing, and model-based software (DO-178C) verification is advantageous. Citizenship from NAHEMA nations required; citizenship from OCCAR nations desirable. Willingness and ability to undergo a background check in accordance with LuftSiG §7 and obtain a security clearance Ü2 You are a critical thinker and have problem-solving skills You are fluent in English, both written and spoken Not a 100% match?
