*What You’ll Do*
* Lead and inspire: oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and top-tier patient care
* Team leadership: mentor, coach, and build a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns
* Patient focus: counsel patients, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service
* Operational excellence: manage workflow, inventory, billing, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
* Growth and impact: expand clinical services (immunizations, MTM, wellness programs) and strengthen community/provider relationships
*What We’re Looking For*
* Education: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD required
* Licensure: Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania; immunization license required
* Experience: 3–5 years as a pharmacist, with at least 1–2 years in leadership or management
* Skills: strong leadership, communication, and business acumen with the ability to deliver results under pressure
