As a *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan. This includes passing of medications, talking vitals, completing related documentation, along with participating in the care plan process. You will also help guide the nurse aides working on your unit to help care for residents.

_*Requirements:*_
* Licensed to work as an *LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)* in the State of Indiana
* Passionate about serving others
* Able to work with and provide guidance to a dedicated team
* Able to effectively communicate with other staff, providers, patients, and patient families
* Able to properly chart patient information and contribute to medical records as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
