Our hero product is an award‑winning energy chew that kicks faster than coffee or energy drinks — and we’re now expanding globally with new products and sub‑brands.
So we’re hiring a
Head of Marketing
to drive brand, content and storytelling across TikTok, Amazon, DTC and retail.
This role is perfect for someone who’s been a strong #2 in marketing at a fast‑growing food, drink or sports brand and is ready to take the lead or someone from an agency who’s had exposure to hands‑on campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Lead TikTok content strategy (UK & US) — organic + TikTok Shop
Oversee global Amazon content & creative (working with our in‑house PPC expert)
Lead new product launches and develop new sub‑brands
Manage content, design, email, web and social output
Support retail expansion through brand‑building and storytelling
Own events, partnerships, sampling and ambassador strategy
Hire and develop a Social & Community Manager
Manage and develop the marketing team (designer, Amazon specialist, support)
Oversee our website sales and email comms
Partner with distributors worldwide
What We’re Looking For
Experience at a food, drink, sports or FMCG brand or marketing agency
Strong content, brand and storytelling background
TikTok strategy experience (TikTok Shop a bonus)
Understanding of Amazon creative & performance
Skilled in personas, messaging, and customer journeys
Proven success launching products or sub‑brands
Hands‑on, creative, data‑aware and comfortable moving fast
