What you'll be doing

The New Construction/Senior Remodel Plumber is responsible for working alongside the Project Manager to successfully complete new construction and remodel plumbing projects on time and to company standards. This role includes groundwork, rough-in, and finish plumbing, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute plumbing tasks for new construction and remodel projects.
• Perform groundwork, rough-in, and finish plumbing installations.
• Read and interpret project specifications, and job orders to determine project requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed within the allotted project timeframe.
• Conduct testing and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance with building      codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate project updates, issues, or delays with the Project Manager and team members.
• Provide input on materials needed, track usage, and ensure efficient resource management.
• Mentor and support junior plumbing staff when needed.
• Represent the company professionally with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Five to ten years of experience in new construction and/or remodel plumbing.
• Ability to read, understand and follow job specifications.
• Ownership of necessary basic plumbing tools to perform the work.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Organized, clean, and efficient with time management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid California driver's license pursuant to company policy
