The Role
Develop and execute a high-impact global sales strategy
Build, lead and inspire a high-performing international sales team
Strengthen and grow relationships with retail partners and distributors across global markets
Identify new opportunities while embedding best-in-class sales processes and practices
About You
Has proven experience in senior global sales roles (Head of / Director level)
Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
Brings a strong understanding of retail and distribution channels, ideally within premium consumer goods
Is a confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
Loves innovation and is passionate about quality and brand storytelling
