Client Support Representative

In the Client Support Representative position, you will play an important part in driving our company's success by driving sales, meeting with clients face-to-face to understand their needs, providing tailored product and service recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities of the Client Support Representative:

• Meet face-to-face with current and prospective clients to discuss their needs and recommend tailored products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the Client Support Representative, directly contributing to the company's growth and success
• Collaborate with other Client Support Representatives to improve sales strategies and client satisfaction
• Handle clients' complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales transactions to monitor sales performance
• Attend weekly meetings with other Client Support Representatives and management to improve leadership and sales skills

Qualifications of the Client Support Representative:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or as a Client Support Representative is preferred
• A positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
