About the job
Ready to lead the data revolution?
We’re looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Manager who’s more than just a whiz with dashboards and SQL—you’re someone who can craft a bold, forward-thinking data strategy and spark a culture where decisions are driven by insight, not instinct.
This is a role with real clout. You’ll be the mastermind behind our data roadmap—shaping it, building it, and making sure it delivers. You’ll lead a tight-knit team of a Senior Insights Analyst and Senior Data Engineer, turning data into actionable insights that fuels smarter decisions across the whole business.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To We’re after someone with that rare blend : commercial acumen, technical know-how, and the kind of stakeholder finesse. You know how to spot the story in the numbers - and how to use it to unlock value across the business.
You’ll be building scalable infrastructure for real-time reporting and advanced analytics, guiding both strategic and day-to-day decisions. You’ll champion self-serve BI tools, making data accessible and empowering teams to act on it. And you’ll work together with colleagues in Product, Marketing, Finance, Commercial and Operations to anticipate needs and deliver solutions that make a difference. Along the way, you’ll uphold the highest standards of data governance and ethics, while keeping an eye out for new tools and sources that give us an edge.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in data and analytics within high-growth ecommerce, retail, or digital environments
Strong technical skills across data engineering, analytics, and BI (SQL, cloud platforms, modern data stack tools)
Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through insight-led strategies, experimentation, and stakeholder influence
Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics, customer behaviour, and digital marketing attribution
Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on senior-level talent
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative analysis (UX research a plus), and a clear grasp of data governance, GDPR, and ethical practice
Why Join Us You’ll be part of a collaborative, curious team that’s shaping the future of personalised cards and gifting. We value fresh ideas, smart thinking, and people who want to make a real impact. With flexibility, support, and a fun, people-first culture—this is a place where your work truly matters.
No agencies please!
