Here at TEAM Peds/TLC Pediatric Therapy, we have a passion for working with children - providing them Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies in a safe and fun environment.
Our current opening is for an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist in the Orlando area in the natural environment (Millennia/MetroWest zone). This position also has the opportunity for professional growth and development.
Our providers are true pediatric therapy specialists who undergo extensive in-house training programs supervised by industry leading pediatric therapists in the fields of physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. TLC Pediatric Therapy also partners with two of the most trusted Children’s Hospitals in Orlando, serving their 0-3 pediatric population.
TLC Pediatric Therapy offers both clinic and natural environment services. We are also the largest Orange County Public School pediatric therapy provider. We are licensed and registered to offer medically based therapy services on campus for children with medical needs and established IEPs.

We are looking for Physical Therapist That Is:
* State of Florida-Licensed
* Therapists who will enhance our ability to provide services to children in Central Florida
* Excels at Time Management
* Preferred, but not required, for the therapist to have Pediatric experience and be enrolled in Florida Medicaid/CMS
TLC Pediatric Therapy will provide Physical Therapist:
* Ample opportunity for observation and experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy
* Consultation with providers of other pediatric services we often work alongside
* Flexible hours & schedules
* Credentialing assistance
* Dollars for CEU’s, Technology, Equipment Assistance, Group Liability Insurance & License Cost Reimbursement, Student loan Assistance
* Starting hourly rate between $43-$54 an hour depending on experience
Benefit Programs:
* *Non-Tax HRA* reimbursement valued at $200/month for an individual health plan in your name and up to $400/month for a family plan in your name
* *Relocation Expenses*: Out of state, or more than 5 hours from TLC, employees relocating will be eligible to be reimbursed up to *$1000.00* in moving expenses paid on their first paycheck.
* *Professional and General Liability: *Covered by TLC
* *CEUs Reimbursement*: Therapist will be reimbursed up to $1400 in CEUs during each applicable licensure period.
* *Paid Time Off (PTO):* TLC provides up to 15 paid days off annually to be used for vacation, personal, or sick time. Hours roll over from year-to-year with a maximum annual accrual cap of 20 days.
* *Paid Holidays:* TLC observes ten (10) paid holidays.
* *Sick Leave Bank*: Voluntary PTO donation program providing compensation and benefit continuation for eligible employees who have exhausted all paid leave due to a catastrophic illness or injury of employee or an immediate family member.
* *Maternity/Paternity Leave: *Employees on maternity/paternity leave will continue to have their qualified HRA paid throughout the leave. Employees will also receive $250 a week up to $2,000 during the leave period. Upon return to the original schedule, the employee will receive an additional $1,000 bonus on their next pay period.
* *Bereavement Leave:* Employees will receive up to three days bereavement leave for the loss of an immediate family member and one day leave for other family members. PTO will not be utilized.
* *Vision *coverage eligibility
* *Dental* (50% covered by employer of base plan) coverage eligibility
* *401(k)* match at 3% of earnings capped at $3,000 annually, subject to plan terms.
* Eligibility for company benefits such as *life insurance*, *short-* and *long-term disability* and long-term care, subject to applicable waiting periods.
