The role is based in Belfast and delivers insights that support our clients across complex and varying sectors.
Role Overview As a key member of the Transaction Analytics team, you will work with cross‑functional partners to assess financial performance, conduct sensitivity analyses and recommend strategic actions for our private equity, corporate and government clients.
You will provide technical depth, develop advanced analytics deliverables and co‑create digital solutions that add tangible value to client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data collection and governance, using tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to reveal trends and value drivers.
Design, model and validate financial forecasts and projections.
Collaborate with core due diligence teams to test and expand value‑driver assumptions.
Translate complex data insights into concise written reports, visualisations and client presentations.
Support project management, timelines and deliverables for client‑facing assignments.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Commercial thinking and rapid business analysis.
Analytical rigor – verify, assess and present data‑based conclusions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification in computer science, engineering or another highly numerative science.
Experience with data‑analytics platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI.
Passion for delivering high‑quality service to clients.
Ideal Additional Experience
Background in a transaction environment with demonstrated analytics value.
ACA or equivalent financial qualification.
Client‑facing experience from a professional services background.
Experience in VBA and SQL (not essential).
