Behaviour Interventionist

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and responsible individuals to join our established teams located in North Vancouver You will be working with a variety of neurodiverse children, teens, and adults primarily diagnosed with autism.

You will implement 1:1 programs to teach:

• executive functioning skills
• social skills
• academics
• emotion regulation
• self-help & independence skills
• community skills
• & MORE

All training is provided, regular meetings are held with each team and ongoing training is provided to support your learning and professional development.

Details:

• Locations are in North Vancouver
• Applicants MUST be able to reliably commute to the location, as all sessions are in person at the family homes.
• This position is contract-based and involves self-employment
• A valid BC drivers license is not required, but an asset
• Applicants are expected to make at least a 1 year commitment, and understand that schedules are subject to change across seasons based on client circumstances (i.e.: changes to days for after school commitments, family holidays, etc.)
• No experience required; education and/or experience in a related field is considered an asset
• Applicants must submit a cover letter along with their resume to be considered for this position.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
