High-Paying - Snow removal Crew

Job Description:

Unlock a rewarding opportunity with us We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as  Anti-Ice / Snow removal Crew Members for the upcoming season, and we're offering an impressive pay rate of $40 per hour

Job Details:

• Shift: Evening/Graveyard (4-10 hours)
• Duration: November 2025  to March 2026
• Average Call-Out for anti-ice : 20-30 days
• Includes: Stat holidays and weekends
  

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with experienced leads in industrial and commercial properties.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other designated areas.
• Apply salt or other de-icing materials as required.
• Use shovels and other equipment to remove snow.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working pace.
  

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (but is an asset)
• Willingness to thrive in evening/graveyard shifts.
• Must have personal protective equipment (PPE) and appropriate winter clothing
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
• Capability to handle call-outs, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic 
• Collaborative spirit
