*Responsibilities*
* Perform evaluation of patients' musculoskeletal and neurological complaints, develop a working diagnosis and implement and progress appropriate plan of care
* Conduct oneself in compliance with professional and ethical standards, maintain active and unrestricted license and comply with continuing education requirements to practice as a physical therapist
* Provide one on one therapy to meet goals of therapy and refer out when outside if scope
* Perform documentation according to professional and company standards
*Skills*
* Proven work experience as a physical therapist
* Excellent knowledge of therapeutic procedures and methods of treatment provision
* Ability to conduct functional tests and measurement
* Current knowledge of medical terminology along with regulatory guidelines under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA)
* Good communication skills (written and oral)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Education:
* Master's (Required)
Experience:
* Outpatient: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Physical Therapy License (Required)
* CPR Certification (Preferred)
Shift availability:
* Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
