This is a fantastic career opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role. *Key Responsibilities*
* Lead a small installation crew to safely and efficiently execute projects.
* Install, service, and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial products, including: Sectional doors, Coiling doors and grilles, High-speed doors, Smoke and fire curtains, and Dock equipment (levelers, seals, bumpers, etc.)
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
* Train and mentor junior members of your team.
* Manage your dedicated company truck
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
* Handle occasional residential door installations as needed.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients on-site.
*Required Qualifications*
* *Must have* significant experience in the overhead door industry, with a strong background in commercial installation.
* *Must have* proven experience leading a small team or crew.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Must be able to lift heavy objects, work from ladders or lifts, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
*Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)*
* Experience with welding or low-voltage electrical work is a plus but not required.
* Prior installation experience with hollow metal doors & frames is a plus but not required.
* OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
