Job Summary: Healing Haven is looking for part-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Madison Heights.
Pay range: $80,000-$110,000 (pro-rated based on hours worked)
We are a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. Our one-of-a-kind campus in Madison Heights includes four different clinics each designed to serve the specific needs of children and young adults through every stage of life. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, after school center-based services and day-time center-based services. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families.

Responsibilities
Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, starting with thoughtful assessments and keeping progress on track with timely re-evaluations.
Stay on top of documentation by completing daily treatment notes and submitting progress summaries by the 1st of each due month.
Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a well-rounded, collaborative approach to treatment goals.
Keep learning and growing by participating in company training and required professional development.
Track your time with ease by submitting accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines.
Prepare key reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward.
Support the team by providing supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed.
Protect client privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance and keeping confidentiality a top priority
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy
