*Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic or Technician to join our fleet shop in Earth City, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of diesel vehicles, ensuring they are safe and operational for our moving operations. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
* Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on vehicles.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
* Collaborate with other mechanics to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Technician.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with an emphasis on diesel engines.
* 2+ years of PMS experience inspecting everything from the engine to the tires.
* Ability to repair engine failures plus mechanical and electrical system malfunctions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* *Must provide your own tools that are necessary to perform job.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
