SIEL Human Solutions is looking to hire for Part Time and Full Time Social Workers positions across the province of Saskatchewan.

These positions are part of a newly developed Innovation Fund between the Saskatchewan Government and medical clinics across Saskatchewan with the aim of improving patient access and quality care through team-based support, that will deliver better access to primary care in the province of Saskatchewan. These positions are temporary until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of an extension.

What youll do:

  • You will provide brief and longer-term therapeutic support across the lifespan using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
  • Your work will include comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, individualized care planning, crisis intervention and safety planning, and targeted brief therapies suited to a fast-paced clinical environment.

What youll bring:

  • MSW or BSW with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with complex patients
  • Eligibility for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Social Workers or equivalent.
  • Ability to deliver evidence-informed therapy, coordinate complex care plans, and address social determinants that affect health.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to balance therapeutic work with practical advocacy to reduce barriers to care.
