The Role:
  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day job coordination
  • Assist with organizing job tool lists, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, work orders, and job files
  • Coordinate job walks, site visits, and project launch meetings
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  • Respond to customer inquiries and communicate updates between the PM, site teams, and internal departments
  • Assist with manpower scheduling and breakdown response coordination
  • Gather and verify information for invoicing, payroll, and project closeout
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or construction support role
  • Experience in industrial trades or multi-trade environments is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation habits
  • Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications
  • Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirement
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean record (occasional travel may be required)
