As our *Certified Occupational Therapist*, you’ll:
* Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
* Help residents regain independence, mobility, and dignity
* Document progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
*Requirements:*
* *Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR)*
* Active Florida OT license (or ability to obtain)
* Skilled nursing or rehab experience a plus—but not required
* A positive attitude and a heart for helping others
