INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC, is a multi-specialty therapy facility and private school dedicated to providing high-quality education and therapeutic services to its students. Currently, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. We are searching for qualified candidates to work as an individual contractor who wants to improve the lives of children with special needs diagnosis. We need a professional who takes their job seriously, and who is Bilingual (English and Spanish). Only serious applicants to apply, please. *This is a Monday-to-Friday position with morning cases.*
Compensation would be commensurate with experience, however, we are willing to pay top market salary as we need experienced and prepared personnel, and we are expecting to pay an hourly rate. We like to treat our team like family and we expect the same in return.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
* Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse abilities and challenges
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
* Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
*Qualifications*
* Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida
* Experience working with children
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet individual needs
* Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
