As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and coaching cross-functional teams in adopting and implementing SAFe principles, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and experience working in the financial Markets sector.YOUR CHALLENGEFacilitate Scrum Teams: Coach and facilitate Scrum teams in the Markets domain, ensuring they understand and apply SAFe principles, including Agile ceremonies, such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and RetrospectivesSAFe Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain SAFe practices, including Program Increment (PI) planning, Iteration planning, and backlog refinementTeam Enablement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to self-organize, prioritize, and manage their work effectively. Provide guidance on Agile tools, such as Jira or similar platformsStakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Test Management, and Development Team members, to ensure alignment and understanding of ART goals, progress, and impedimentsImpediment Removal: Identify and help remove impediments that block team progress, escalating issues to management when necessaryMetrics and Feedback: Track and analyze key metrics, such as efficiency, lead time, and quality, providing actionable feedback to teams to improve their performanceScaling Agile: Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders to scale Agile across the organization, promoting a culture of agility, innovation, and collaborationDomain Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of the financial Markets domain, including trends, regulations, and industry developments, to provide informed guidance to teamsProcess Improvement: Continuously assess and improve Scrum team processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and reducing wasteTraining and Coaching: Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to new team members, ensuring they understand Agile principles, SAFe framework, and our organizational contextYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent roleStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanExperience with SAFe framework, including PI planning, iteration planning, and backlog refinementProven track record of successfully implementing Agile transformations in complex environmentsExcellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skillsAbility to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentChallenge the status quo and drive continuous improvementExperience working in the financial Markets sector or related domains (e.g., banking, trading, or investments)Soft Skills:Empathy and Collaboration: Open-minded mindset, with a proactive and helpful attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to formulate and guide discussions, ensuring all stakeholders are alignedEmpathetic approach to conflict resolution and issue managementCollaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to achieve common goalsNice to Have:Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and ConfluenceFamiliarity with Dev Ops practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesKnowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AzureBroad understanding of the Markets flow, with a good understanding of products provided by the Markets departmentKnowledge of market data, trading platforms, and risk management systemsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and industry standardsUnderstanding of the technology stack required to maintain a successful and well-working environmentFamiliarity with relevant technologies and systems used in the Markets domainAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperiences of successfully delivering Software projectsCertification in SAFe, such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner (SP)We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
