Are you a dynamic and well connected sales leader with a passion for events, food, and unforgettable experiences? Our award-winning client a highly creative London events catering company is looking for an exceptional
Sales Director
to join the leadership team and help to drive the next stage of growth.

As industry innovators with an impressive portfolio of clients, listed venues and awards, they are now ready to expand there reach and need a visionary sales leader to help them get there.
The Role As
Sales Director , you will be the strategic engine behind the revenue growth. Leading and inspiring a talented sales and events team, you will shape our sales strategy, cultivate key relationships, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, private, and agency sectors.
Develop and execute a bold and effective sales strategy aligned with company goals
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales and events team, encouraging there own development
Identify and secure new business across a range of sectors, venues, agents, corporates and new business thinking out of the box
Build and nurture long‑term client and agency relationships
Oversee the entire sales pipeline and forecasting process
Collaborate closely with creative, kitchen, and operations teams to deliver outstanding proposals and tenders
Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and pitches
About You
Proven experience in senior sales leadership within catering, hospitality, agency or a related events creative industry
A strong network of corporate, agency, and private event contacts (London-focused is a bonus)
A natural leader who inspires confidence, energy, and performance
Creative, strategic, and commercially driven
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
A passion for food, experiences, and pushing boundaries
Results‑oriented with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
