Proven experience managing large-scale Kubernetes deployments and infrastructure as code using Terraform Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and deep familiarity with cloud-native architecture and multi-cloud strategies Strong background in continuous integration and deployment, with hands-on experience in designing and maintaining robust pipelines Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and related container orchestration tools Knowledge of at least one and preferably two programming languages such as Python, Rust, C/C++/C#, with strong debugging and optimisation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of working independently and collaboratively across teams Ability to mentor engineers on architecture, best practices, and quality standards, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline is a plus Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tooling. Automate deployment, configuration, scaling, and monitoring processes Partner with development teams to enable experimentation, functional testing, and load testing. Evaluate and integrate new tools to enhance monitoring, logging, and operational efficiency Architect and oversee build and deploy workflows for product development and testing Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment time and manual effort Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of infrastructure and development applications Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations as a senior escalation point Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with InfoSec and regulatory requirements Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of tasks. Liaise with management and stakeholders as needed Support and guide junior engineers, contributing to onboarding, documentation, and knowledge sharing About the team
