This exciting role places you on the frontline, where you will directly engage with community members and enroll them in essential service programs!
This program develops your exceptional skills in persuasive communication and customer qualification, teaching you to identify needs and present tailored solutions. You will master efficient enrollment processes and ethical sales practices, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities of the
Junior Sales Representative Engage directly with potential customers through face-to-face interactions in Gold River communities and outreach events. Present the compelling benefits and features of Verizon TruConnect essential phone and internet services, including details on government-assisted programs like ACP. Conduct thorough eligibility assessments to qualify potential customers for essential service programs based on established guidelines. Guide qualified individuals through the entire enrollment process, accurately completing applications and obtaining all necessary documentation. Achieve and consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets for new customer acquisitions, contributing directly to campaign growth. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions, customer information, and enrollment progress within our CRM system. Collaborate actively with team members in daily sales meetings and training sessions to share best practices, analyze performance, and refine sales strategies. Stay continuously updated on all Verizon TruConnect products, promotions, service changes, and relevant program regulations. Represent Alvearium Marketing and Verizon TruConnect with the utmost professionalism and a positive, solution-oriented demeanor
