We are keeping the momentum going in 2025! A large part of our investment in 2024 was growing our executive proposition, and we are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join the team. Some other 2024 highlights: Diversified our team into new complementary markets Added 2 new businesses, again in complementary markets, to the group to expand our reach across professional services recruitment Invested heavily in our executive search team, which has increased job flow across the group Placed some 'boots on the ground' in NYC to drive our US expansion 100% of our employees are proud to work here* 100% of employees say they intend to continue working for us for the next 12 months* 100% of employees would recommend working here to a friend or family member* *As recorded from our 2024 anonymous employee survey 11 Investments Values: Bravery, Growth, Belonging, and Kindness Responsibilities: Building and managing an engaged network of senior candidates within the Marketing and sales industries Conducting senior-level searches and market maps Managing a full-cycle recruitment process Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results Managing complex negotiations Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets Positively promote the 11 brand in the market This role is not responsible for work origination What are we looking for: Demonstrated success in delivering against large individual revenue targets You have successfully delivered on senior-level searches Come from a 360 recruitment background Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
