Role: DevOps Manager Location: Birmingham, UK (80% Remote) We're hiring a
DevOps Manager
to lead a sharp team of engineers, shape slick CI/CD pipelines, and keep infrastructure running like clockwork. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with software teams. Why this role? Because you love solving complex problems, leading from the front, and making tech better every day. You’re calm under pressure, a pro communicator, and never short of ideas to drive improvement. What you’ll do: Lead a DevOps team and steer delivery Build & maintain CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS/EKS) Advise on secure, scalable tech solutions Support incident response & business continuity Guide cloud-native migrations and tooling upgrades Keep InfoSec practices aligned with ISO27001 What you bring: Strong cloud (AWS), containerisation (EKS), and IaC skills Confident in mentoring, managing, and consulting Knowledge of networking, security, and agile delivery Programming skills (Python or PHP = bonus) Ready to step up and own the DevOps space in a fast-moving, creative environment?
