As an
Amazon Connect Solutions Architect , your deep knowledge of Amazon Connect and cloud platforms will be at the forefront of helping EPAM's clients modernize their customer interaction systems. You will work directly with enterprise clients to craft tailor-made solutions that align with their business goals, leveraging cutting-edge AWS technologies. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define Amazon Connect solutions tailored to their requirements Design end-to-end architectures for contact center solutions, integrating third-party tools and AWS services to enhance system functionality Lead technical workshops and provide guidance on best practices for using Amazon Connect and AWS services Support development and deployment of innovative contact center applications on AWS Supporting PreSales activities, demonstrations and responding to RFPs Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions to optimize Amazon Connect configurations and integrations Ensure the security, scalability and reliability of deployed solutions Stay updated on the latest industry trends and AWS advancements to continually refine solutions and share insights with clients Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers and business analysts, to ensure seamless project delivery Requirements Strong expertise in Amazon Connect architecture and implementation, including hands-on experience in designing customer contact center solutions Deep understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway and CloudFormation Proven ability to integrate Amazon Connect with third-party applications and systems through APIs Solid grasp of contact center workflows, customer interaction strategies and voice/data integration Experience in designing secure, scalable and high-performing systems following AWS best practices Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based application deployments Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer are highly desirable Nice to have Agentic AI knowledge We offer EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Protection benefits including life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover Private medical insurance and dental care Employee Assistance Program Cyclescheme, Techscheme and season ticket loans Various perks such as free Wednesday lunch in-office, on-site massages and regular social events Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program *All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Engineering, and Business Development Industries: Software Development and IT Services and IT Consulting
