About the role This is a pure sales role where you’ll be building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across all of the sectors we work in.
You’ll be using all of the cold outreach techniques at your disposal to identify prospective clients where we can add value, bringing to life the solutions we offer, demonstrating trust and value, and ultimately winning business.
This is a creative role where you’ll be coming up with campaign themes and ideas that suit your customer’s goals and demonstrating how this will achieve their business objectives, so you’ll have to understand marketing and the customer journey.

Understanding our products, solutions and results
Building a sales pipeline of qualified prospects
Understanding customer's needs
Performing cold outreach over the phone, email and LinkedIn
Setting and attending meetings
Creating pitch decks and presenting solutions
Managing the CRM (we use Hubspot)
Demonstrating trust and integrity throughout the sales process
Building your professional network

We’ll be asking you to demonstrate your skills and experience in sales and marketing during the application process
If you have been closing deals, we’ll want to see your track record
We’ll want to hear and see you in action – we’ll give you a pitch deck before we meet and see how you bring it to life when we meet
Experience required: At least 2 years work experience in sales, business development or sponsorship
Experience in media sales is a strong advantage but not essential
An degree/active knowledge of marketing or work experience in a marketing, media or sponsorship role
Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM is an advantage
