Work with the Head of Transformation and Change to establish the Business Analysis function from scratch, defining frameworks, methodologies and best practice to ensure a structured and strategic approach to business analysis. Lead business analysis efforts for complex, high-impact projects. Challenge assumptions and drive innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. Define and document business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Ensure solutions are delivered to the highest quality, aligning with business needs. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Improvement and delivery partners to define, prioritise and drive business requirements ensuring effective delivery of impactful solutions. Act as a thought leader, mentoring other team members contributing to best practices. What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Proven ability to operate at a senior level, working directly with Directors and senior leaders. A big-picture thinker who can connect business strategy with practical solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience delivering high-impact change initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – able to influence at all levels. A challenger mindset – confident questioning the status quo and driving continuous improvement. Experience with Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodologies. Exceptional knowledge of business process optimisation, digital transformation and operating model design. Experience of leading a team of BA’s as this role has the opportunity to expand, depending on business need. Why Join Us?
