Software Engineering Manager
to lead their Platform team, responsible for the infrastructure and automation that powers advanced ML-driven pricing models used by hotels worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small, high-performing engineering team * Own and evolve the infrastructure that supports AI/ML predictions at scale * Collaborate with Data Science teams to improve model deployment workflows * Drive technical architecture to ensure platform performance and reliability * Stay hands-on with Python, Kubernetes, and GCP * Maintain high development standards, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines * Work cross-functionally with product and science teams to deliver business value Ideal Candidate 3+ years of engineering leadership, ideally in platform or infrastructure teams * Strong technical foundation in cloud-native environments (GCP, Kubernetes) * Proficient in Python, particularly within data science or ML contexts * Ability to engage in technical discussion with Data Science teams * Experience building scalable and resilient systems * Hands-on technical leader who engineers look up to * Strong communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset Python * * Kubernetes * CI/CD tooling * ML infrastructure & observability systems Generous equity package * Flexible hours with minimal in-office expectations * Flat, collaborative team culture with strong technical autonomy * Key role shaping foundational AI infrastructure for the hospitality sector * Well-funded SaaS environment with global reach and impact Role:
