We’re looking for a
strategic, data-driven professional
to join our EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations team on a 9-month contract (parential leave cover). This is a chance to work directly with senior sales leaders across multiple markets, shaping commercial decisions and driving growth. Responsibilities
Deliver data-driven insights on revenue trends, product adoption and sales performance Lead business reviews and planning processes across EMEA markets Partner with country leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales performance Manage annual planning, go-to-market design and strategic projects Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions at the highest level Qualifications
4–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, sales operations, or an analytical commercial role in tech/digital/media Advanced SQL and Excel skills (must have) Strong problem-solving, commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insights Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Location : London Hybrid Contract : 9 months, high chance of extension To apply contact Hannah@principlehr.com
