Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
to join their team on a contract basis. What You will Be Doing: Delivering detailed mechanical building services designs across a range of sectors including Residential, Student Accommodation, Data Centres, and Commercial developments. Working on projects from early concept (RIBA Stage 1) through to delivery (Stage 5). Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time and to specification. Attending occasional site or office visits (approx. once a week). Using
Revit
to produce and coordinate designs – experience essential. What You will Need: Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer within the building services sector. Strong technical knowledge across mechanical services design. Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to tight deadlines. Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software.
