Head of Sales & Training - Audio Technology An outstanding opportunity to lead and shape the GB sales and training functions of a global leading manufacturer of audio technologies. Connected Search Group Ltd is leading the search for a Head of Sales & Training for a principal global leader in the hearing technology space. The role is focused on leading and inspiring sales and training professionals across the company to deliver industry‑leading commercial execution.
The role requires a hands‑on, leadership professional comfortable operating alongside colleagues on territory, offering support, coaching and guidance to optimise performance across the teams.
Significant travel and frequent overnight stays across Great Britain are required, with presence at the company Head Office at least fortnightly.

A thorough approach to the sales process with each member of the sales team is essential for success in this role.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to leverage market insights to develop and execute localized commercial strategies.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and financial planning.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in public forums and media engagements.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with regional teams to ensure alignment and leverage best practices.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market dynamics and organizational needs.
Customer Focus: A thorough approach to understanding and addressing customer needs and pains, providing effective business solutions.
You will have a demonstrated track record of success in managing effective and efficient sales organisations within a similar or related market. You will have a passion for leadership and coaching with an emphasis on developing and nurturing outstanding talent. You will be geographically mobile and have the flexibility to effectively manage a talented team across England, Scotland and Wales.
